DL_POLY GUI

DL_POLY GUI is a Java Graphical User Interface for use with DL_POLY. It can display and edit molecular structures. In addition to these, there is also a force field builder available.

Detailed instructions for using the DL_POLY GUI can be found in the user manual available for download from the DL_POLY web site.

Please note that DL_POLY jobs cannot be run interactively from the GUI. All DL_POLY jobs should be submitted via the LSF batch queues.

DL_POLY GUI is available on Magellan and can be accessed by using the runscript $CHEM/rundlpolygui220. For more details, please read the DL_POLY man page by typing: man rundlpoly220.
