Maestro

Maestro is the graphical interface for use with the software packages Jaguar and MacroModel. Maestro has a builder for building the structure and setting up Jaguar and MacroModel input files. It also has a range of functionalities for visualising and analysing results.

Maestro is available on Magellan, and can be accessed by using the runscript $CHEM/runmaestro91. For more details, please read the man page by typing: man runmaestro91. Please note that users should not submit their jobs directly via Maestro, all jobs should be submitted via the LSF batch queues.
